Prevent Office Injury with Qi Gong Warm Ups

Do you suffer while sitting at your desk?  Stress, back pain, neck tension, head aches, numbness and tingling.... Try these quick Qi Gong warm up movements a few times a day to energize your body and mind and relieve office malaise.  I recommend working this series into your work day every couple hours, taking a break and moving your body.  Get your whole office involved (that way you won't look so funny)!
